Print off the list, mark up the books you really want, and leave it where your nearest and dearest are sure to find it!

Watchmaking
George Daniels

Sadly George Daniels died peacefully at home in the Isle of Man on 21st October 2011. Daniels' legacy to the world is the co-axial escapement and his books will be a lasting memorial to a great horologist. This is a superb book, which explains in detail how to design and make all the parts of a watch. Daniels' aim in writing the book was to inspire and encourage the art of watchmaking - the aim has been achieved as the book has been constantly in demand since it was first published in 1981. This edition has an additional portrait of Daniels and 3 new plates (numbered 0, 23 & 24). With dust jacket.
